The reason may be damage to the railway infrastructure as a result of Russian shelling.
JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" has extended until April 17 the validity of the convention limiting the transportation of all types of cargo to Chornomorsk-Port and Chornomorsk-Port-export stations.
These restrictions, as TTS wrote, were initially applied from April 11 to 13.
According to the Interfax-Ukraine agency's source from the grain market, the Russian occupiers during the morning shelling of the Odesa region damaged the railway access tracks to a number of grain terminals located in the port of Chornomorsk.
On April 10, the Russians also launched a missile attack on the railway infrastructure in the Odesa region.
