Labor shortage remains an acute phenomenon in many segments of the maritime industry.

In the shipping sector, merchant fleet owners and operators are struggling to find skilled workers as older workers retire and younger, more promising workers choose shore-based jobs that offer better compensation and are perceived as safer. New regulations and strict training standards have made it even more difficult to quickly train new workers and fill vacancies.

UZ is interested in the opinion of freight carriers on the quality of services

Ukrzaliznytsia invites freight carriers to take an anonymous survey on the quality of services provided by the company. This information was provided by the deputy director of the department of transportation technology and commercial work of the company Valery Tkachev.

On April 29, the Three Seas Summit was held in Warsaw, Poland. Ukraine was represented by the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba.
