The issue of the possibility of non-parity performance of passenger transportation by Ukrainian companies is also being considered.
The Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine agreed with the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs of Montenegro on the liberalization of all cargo transportation between the countries from June 1, 2024.
As noted in MIU, in addition to freight transportation, the ministry's team is working on the development of regular and non-regular bus services between the states.
Also, during the negotiations, the issue of the possibility of non-parity performance of passenger transportation by Ukrainian companies was raised. So far, the parties have agreed that if the Montenegrin carrier refuses to perform the route, the Ukrainian company can serve this route independently.
