The Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community actively supports the authorities of the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine on their path to integration into the EU. Since early April, the Secretariat has been assisting its observer participants in their preparations for the bilateral screening process, a key milestone in their accession to the EU.
Our team of experts has been actively involved in reviewing the presentations developed by the authorities, providing recommendations on the answers to the European Commission’s guiding questions and offering targeted written feedback. Together with other experts, the Secretariat has also participated in several rounds of pilot sessions, providing live input and practical suggestions for improving the content and presentation of the information.
We wish the authorities every success in the bilateral screening sessions scheduled for June. The Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community remains committed to supporting Moldova and Ukraine throughout this important process of regulatory and policy reform.
