"Open border": eQueru was launched

Despite the unfavorable weather conditions and, we hope, temporary delays on the part of Polish colleagues, on 12.12.2022 at exactly 12:00 p.m. at the Yagodin-Dorogusk checkpoint, the passage of trucks began exclusively through the eCherga system.

At the moment, more than 1100 cars are registered in the system with the help. Registration in eCherga was opened for a day, so that carriers from all over the country were on equal terms and everyone could arrive at the border during this time. It is extremely important for us now, at the launch stage, to build trust in the electronic queue system and make crossing the border as transparent and comfortable as possible. After all, this is what we created the system for. Starting from 12.12.2022, a joint monitoring group consisting of our employees and representatives of carriers will be on duty at the entrance to the checkpoint around the clock and provide all the necessary advice and assistance to drivers. This is only the first day of operation of the system. Currently, the electronic border crossing queue works exclusively for cargo vehicles. In the future, we plan to expand its work to other categories of vehicles. The weather conditions worsened sharply last day. Roads were frozen on both the Polish and Ukrainian sides of the border. The departure of cars from Ukraine slowed down by three times, as our neighbors could not accept the usual number of trucks. Thanks to the employees of Ukravtodor, we managed to clear both the road and the waiting area on time. Meanwhile, it is during such weather conditions that it is important for the driver to expect to cross the border in civilized conditions with the predicted border crossing time. Let me remind you that the system provides services free of charge. Drivers independently choose where and under what conditions they should wait for the flight. I am GRATEFUL to all drivers and carrier associations who support us and help implement the electronic queue. Together with you, we tested the system since October 31, our employees accepted all your suggestions, and the developers continue to take them into account in their work. You can register in eCherha on the website https://echerha.gov.ua/.

There is also a 24-hour hotline for all drivers:
