According to the Agenda, the People's Deputies of Ukraine - members of the Committee considered and adopted the following decisions:
- the draft Resolution on the Address of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the newly elected Sejm and Senate of the Republic of Poland regarding the continuation of fruitful further cooperation between the peoples of Poland and Ukraine (No. 10243) - to be adopted as a basis and as a whole. People's deputies focused on strengthening the work of the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to ensure the smooth crossing of the Ukrainian-Polish border by vehicles with humanitarian and military cargo.
- draft law No. 9664, regarding construction on lands occupied by public waterways - to be accepted as a basis with the proposals of the Committee, and alternative project No. 9664-1 - to be returned for revision;
- draft law No. 9511, on amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine regarding some issues of disposal of goods and commercial vehicles - to be adopted as a basis with the Committee's proposals.
Deputy Ministers of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine Yuriy Vaskov, Serhiy Derkach, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Lyudmila Shemelynets, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State Border Service, State Geocadastre, State Service of Maritime and Inland Water Transport and Shipping of Ukraine, State Agency joined the discussion. of Water Resources of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources.
