On June 29, 2023, a meeting of ASSOCIATION Councilors was held in Odesa.
The meeting was attended by the President of the ASSOCIATION Platonov O.I., advisers O.A. Bakharev, O.G. Gorenko, M.K. Strelnikov. (by proxy Tkachenko O.Yu.), Filipenko V.V.
The general director of the ASSOCIATION, S.V. Naidenko, was invited. and Ines Olehivna Platonova, General Director of "Plaske Drive" LLC, which joined as of February 6, 2023 in the status of Active Participant of the ASSOCIATION.
At the meeting, we got acquainted with the implementation of the decisions of the ASSOCIATION Council, the work plan, the financial report and changes in the members of the ASSOCIATION for 6 months of 2023. It was decided to transfer the companies "FAVORIT PLUS" LLC, "LTK ALLIANCE" LLC, "GRAINCOM SHIPPING" LLC, "EUROKARGO" LLC, "ELDER LOGISTICS" LLC from July 1, 2023 to the status of Observer until the end of the military aggression on the territory of Ukraine. Also transfer the "Logistics Company "Azov-Chart" with the status of an associated participant to the Observer from 01.07.2023 until the end of the military aggression on the territory of Ukraine.
It was decided to present five candidates for the approval of the General Meeting of Association Participants to the new composition of the Association Council, from the old composition O.I. Platonov, A.G. Gorenko, O.A. Bakhareva, V.V. Filipenko, M.K. Strelnikova. and invite all Members of the Association to nominate their candidates for further rating voting. The deadline for submitting candidacies is August 1, 2023.

The date of the General Meeting of the ASSOCIATION was determined on August 18, 2023 in person in Odesa or Illichivsk.
