On October 21, "Ukrzaliznytsia" got a new manager - he became Oleksandr Pertsovsky, who before that was a member of the board of JSC UZ and the head of the "Passenger Company" branch. Pertsovsky, by the way, applied for the position of chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia in 2020. But then Volodymyr Zhmak was preferred.
Recalling the previous heads of "Ukrzaliznytsia", TTS decided to analyze how long its top managers managed to stay at the helm of the company from the moment when the company was transformed into a private joint-stock company, and then - a joint-stock company.
The fact that Oleksandr Pertsovsky's predecessor Yevhen Lyashchenko was at the head of the company for the longest time turned out to be interesting - 1 year and 7 months. Somewhat ahead of even Oleksandr Kamyshin and Yevhen Kratsov. However, regarding the latter, it should be noted that in addition to the "main" cadence, Kravtsov was at the helm of "Ukrzaliznytsia" for another 2 months in the acting capacity. the chairman of the board in 2016, so, in total, he still gains 1 year and 8 months.
But in general, as the infographic shows, no one manages to stay at the head of a state-owned company that is key to the country's economy for a long time.
