The first meeting of the Ukrtransbezpeka commission was held to determine enterprises, institutions and organizations that are important for the national economy in the field of road transport during a special period.
The commission analyzed the most common errors that occurred among business entities in the field of road transport when forming document packages, including:
incomplete document packages;
the document package must comply with the Order of the Ministry of Community and Territories Development of Ukraine No. 50 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z0116-25#Text
attachment files to the letter that cannot be opened;
the files must be in the following formats: doc, xlsx, pdf. Before sending the files, you must check that their size is no more than 70 MB (i.e. ONE attachment must be no more than 70 MB)
blurry scanned copies of documents;
scanned documents must be easy to read.
We would like to remind you that the main type of activity should be — management in the field of road transport according to Order No. 50 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z0116-25#Text . The certificates issued by the State Customs Committee of Ukraine should be for the provision of the State Customs Committee.
Attention freight carriers!
When forming a package of documents, carefully check the compliance of the CMR with the contract that you send for consideration by the commission. In case of non-compliance, this will be considered as non-confirmation of the criteria.

Ukrtransbezpeka considers packages of documents to obtain the status of important for the national economy in the field of road transport during a special period. In the case when it is necessary to confirm the status of a critical enterprise, the formed packages of documents must be sent to those state bodies that granted this status (OVA and the Ministry of Development).
All packages of documents that arrive by Monday inclusive are considered by the commission every Thursday.
