On October 9, the Business Forum "Dialogue of civil society, business and government: a course for the Restoration of Ukraine" was held in Kyiv. For the fifth year in a row, the Forum has become the main platform for coordinating actions and determining priorities in the implementation of institutional and economic reforms. Organizers: National Business Coalition and Ukrainian Business Council.
The forum gathered more than 100 participants, including heads of parliamentary committees and factions, ministries and agencies, representatives of business, think tanks and international organizations.
Natalia Otel Belan, regional director of CIPE in Europe and Eurasia (CIPE Europe & Eurasia) addressed the audience with a welcome speech. During the day, at the event, the following issues were considered:
The work of entrepreneurs under martial law. Damage compensation and war risk insurance. Relocation and return of business.
Liberalization of tax policy. Implementation of institutional reforms.
Strategic Plan for the Restoration of Ukraine. Implementation of priority economic reforms of the government, Ukrainian business and civil society.
Transparent privatization of state property. Assistance to Ukrainian manufacturers.
Challenges regarding human capital, migration policy.
