On October 10, Dutch (price reduction) auctions were held for the use of semi-wagons and grain trucks of the "Transport Logistics Center" branch of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia".
Ukrzaliznytsia offered semi-cars by route shipments. So, out of 10 lots of 53 wagons, seven were sold. At the initial cost of UAH 1,350/day, the sole winner, Devkalion LTD LLC, will use wagons for UAH 243/day.
Also, Ukrzaliznytsia tried to realize the right to use grain trucks with the rearrangement of carts and the transfer of wagons along track 1435 through the Romanian and Polish border crossings. Of the 10 auctions with the transfer of wagons through the Vadul-Siret and Dyakovo junctions, two were successfully completed. The winner was Grainsward LLC. At the initial rate of UAH 600/day, the final rate was reduced to UAH 204/day. There were no participants in the bidding for the transfer of grain trucks through the Jagodyn and Mostyska II crossings to Poland.
In addition, JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" offered 20 shipments in grain trucks in batches of five and 10 cars in the direction of ports, except Izmail and Reni. All auctions have taken place. The cost of using CTL grain trucks started at UAH 600/day. The final rate for lots of five cars fluctuated in the range of UAH 246–356/day, and for offers of 10 cars — UAH 256–357/day. The vast majority of lots were won by AP Marine LLC and First Logistics Company LLC. Also among the winners of the auctions are LLC "UTL-2" and LLC "Transport and forwarding enterprise "Horizon".
As previously reported, five auctions were held for the sale of grain trucks with a rearrangement of carts.
