Join an Association

Active membership in the UKRZOVNISHTRANS ASSOCIATION provides a forwarding company with a number of advantages:

1. The company name, its postal address, telephone, fax, website and e-mail addresses, as well as the manager's surname are published in the List of Members

2. The list is republished annually and sent to each active member of the ASSOCIATION. Publication in this list increases the professional status of the forwarding company, introduces it to reliable partners;

3. In addition to the usual above-mentioned information about themselves, a full member gets the opportunity to place their advertising in the List of Members of the ASSOCIATION;

4. Full members receive the UKRZOVNISHTRANS ASSOCIATION newsletter every week, including FIATA, CLECAT and translations (containing activity reports, programs, current articles on forwarding issues, etc.), information about exhibitions and conferences, as well as other information directly;

6. Full members receive the right to use the emblem (logo) of the UKRZOVNISHTRANS ASSOCIATION on their stationery, cars, letterheads (but not on transport documents).

7. The UKRZOVNISHTRANS ASSOCIATION is the only one in Ukraine that has the right to distribute FIATA documents on its territory.

The license agreement with FIATA, which provides access to the digital FIATA consignment note (eFBL) and other FIATA documents for members of the UKRZOVNISHTRANS ASSOCIATION, was drawn up and entered into force in 2026.

Only full members of the Association are entitled to:
- join individual FIATA members upon the recommendation of the ASSOCIATION;
- use international FIATA documents and forms in their professional activities;

8. All ASSOCIATION Members:
- participate in annual conferences of professionals in the field of transport, forwarding and logistics, as well as in annual meetings of the FIATA Congress;
- in undergoing professional training and advanced training in accordance with international FIATA standards. https://plaskeacademy.com/

9. Participation in the Association is confirmed by the ASSOCIATION Member Certificate, the presence of which positively affects the image of the organization among transport market participants.

  2. Attach to the application properly attested (stamp and signature of the head): copies of the following documents in pdf:

How we ensure our work.

  • The charter;
  • Certificate of state registration of the legal entity or extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individuals Entrepreneurs;
  • Data from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (EGRPOU);
  • A letter of recommendation from one of Valid Participants on the inclusion of the candidate to the Association.
    1. Ensuring the activities of the Association is carried out by payment the contributions of the Association Members, that confirmed participation in the Association.
    2. The Association established three main types of fees:
      • Accession contributions - 4000 UAH.
      • Current contributions:
        for Valid Participant - 27 000 UAH/year;
        for Associated Participant - 13 500 UAH/year.
      • Earmarked contributions.
    3. Contributions:
      • Accession contributions - are paid by members of the Association in a term not exceeding seven days from the date of adoption by the Council of the Association the decision on accession of the Participant to the Association; contributions are paid on the basis of invoices issued by the Secretariat of the Association.
      • Current contributions - are paid by members of the Association by every quarter based on invoices issued by the Secretariat of the Association, or in other terms subject to the submission to the Secretariat of the Association of the relevant application.
      • Earmarked contributions - are paid voluntarily by members of the Association and by other stakeholders to support projects and activities carried out under the auspices of or with the participation of the Association.
