2025

On April 28, 2025, the Secretariat of the UKRZOVNISHTRANS ASSOCIATION and the active participant LLC ODEMARA-INTER signed a 50th anniversary Agreement on the execution and use of FIATA documents and forms and issued the corresponding forms.

In total, over 27 years, 7,641 different FIATA forms and forms were issued to the participants of the ASSOCIATION.

Today, the UKRZOVNISHTRANS ASSOCIATION is one of 47 countries in the world and the only one in Ukraine that has the right to distribute FIATA documents on its territory.

The license agreement with FIATA is valid from 01/17/2025 to 12/31/2025. 2025 and provides access to the digital FIATA consignment note (eFBL) and other FIATA documents for members of the UKRZOVNISHTRANS ASSOCIATION.

Over 60 years ago, FIATA launched its first standard document – the Forwarder’s Certificate of Receipt (FCR). Since then, FIATA has provided other standard documents.

FIATA documents have an excellent reputation and are recognized as documents of tradition and trust. They have greatly contributed to the facilitation of international exchange in the past and will continue to be valuable tools in the service of world trade.

The documents are easy to distinguish, as each has a distinctive color and contains the logo of FIATA and the national ASSOCIATION. FIATA documents facilitate international exchanges and are valuable tools in the service of world trade. The most popular among them are

• FIATA Freight Forwarder's Certificate of Receipt (FCR)

• FIATA Multimodal Bill of Lading (FBL)

• FIATA Digital Multimodal Bill of Lading (FBL)

It is important to remember that FIATA documents and forms establish and regulate the relationship between the forwarder and the consignor. Their effect does not extend to the relationship between the forwarder and the carrier.

FIATA documents and forms are rightfully considered one of the main achievements of the global freight forwarding community, as they:

• are uniform for all;

• are recognized by the global banking system and are accepted for payment by all banks;

• create a single system of liability.

FIATA documents and forms are protected by copyrights owned by FIATA.

For all issues related to obtaining and using FIATA documents, please contact the Secretariat of the UKRZOVNISHTRANS ASSOCIATION secretariat@atfl.org.ua
