The flight takes place within the framework of the accelerated transport project through Kazakhstan.
The first container train left the dry port in Xi'an (China) in 2025. He left for Tashkent with 50 containers.
The flight is taking place within the framework of the accelerated transport project through Kazakhstan, reports the TTS with reference to the Xinhua agency.
The train carries household appliances, textiles and products of the chemical industry, which are in demand in the region. It will cross the Sino-Kazakhstan railway checkpoint "Khorgos - Altynkol" and transit to Tashkent.
It is expected that the train will cover the route from Xi'an to Tashkent in 5-6 days, including inspections. Previously, the journey took 8 to 10 days, which delayed the delivery of important goods. The new route will help carriers reduce costs and increase the efficiency of goods delivery in the region.
For China, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are key participants in transport corridors. Therefore, the development of logistics between these countries increases turnover and creates conditions for attracting investors.
