After the war, airBaltic intends to fly to Kyiv and Lviv from the three Baltic capitals.
During a stay in Kyiv last week, the management of the Latvian airline airBaltic, its head, Martin Haus, presented a plan for how the carrier will resume flights to Ukraine when such an opportunity arises due to security issues.
As TTS writes, photos of the presentation were published by the Avianews portal and the press service of the Lviv airport. It shows that, when it comes to the resumption of flights, the Latvian carrier plans to operate flights to Lviv and Boryspil airports. These will be flights from Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn.
7 flights per week are planned to Kyiv from Riga, 4 from Vilnius, 3 from Tallinn. There are 4, 2 and 1 flights to Lviv from the listed capitals of the Baltic states, respectively.
It should be noted that airBaltic previously noted that they would be ready to fly to Ukrainian airports again "after the war, as soon as it becomes safe."
