On September 22, taxpayers joined another round table with the participation of the head of the tax committee of the parliament Danylo Hetmantsev, representatives of the State Tax Service and the Main Department of the DPS in the Odesa region
Although the focus was on the tax issues of the Odesa region and the southern region, the discussions are relevant for the entire country, so everyone (from different regions) had the opportunity to participate.
In particular, during the round table, we talked about:
- plans to resume inspections for all taxpayers - although the legislator is unlikely to have time from October 1, [DG: the prospect of resumption of inspections is being advanced in view of the IMF's requirements and is quite real];
- plans to reform small business taxation according to the Polish model [DG: solutions are being worked out, everything will be launched no earlier than the end of the war];
- amendments to the taxation of controlled foreign companies - [DG: finalization of the draft law begins on September 25]
- blocking tax invoices and listing taxpayers in the risky category [DG: it is wrong when small suppliers who carry out real operations are hostages of big swindlers listed as risky].
And how without a heated discussion with the tax service:
- whether it is possible to include in risk payers from VAT, if there are doubts about the income tax part
- whether it is possible to exclude the taxpayer's tax credit in case of costs for career development, if the land rights are in the stage of registration.
Taxpayers' questions received during the discussion will, as usual, be processed in the form of a request for an individual tax consultation, and we will share the answer soon. If you have any questions, send them.
