It is our pleasure and privilege to invite you to join us at this year’s FIATA Headquarters' Session, which will take place on March 27 - 30, 2019 in Zurich, Switzerland.
Our yearly Headquarters' Session (HQ) is a special occasion for members to exchange information and deliberate on the most important policy issues in our sector. We hope this could also be an opportunity for you and your families to enjoy the beautiful city of Zurich.
The HQ 2019 will be hosted again at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland, where the meeting took place in 2018.

In addition to meeting old friends and making new ones we invite all participants to enjoy:
- Participation in all sessions, if not specified otherwise
- Two coffee breaks a day
- Lunch on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 March
- Free 4-day ticket for Zurich public transport network, including all city and airport areas
- Free Wi-Fi at HQ session venue
- A goodies’ bag from Zurich Tourism Agency
Individual member
The invitation extends to 1 person per membership only and includes a free registration to the HQ 2019. Please make sure you book accommodation for your stay. Accommodation, travel and personal expenses are not included.
Additional participant
For registration of an additional participant to the cost of CHF 350,00 to be payed upfront, click here for enquiries. The additional person must be an employee of the Individual FIATA Member Company, which is participating at the event.
Association member
All registered delegates of an Association Member have free access to the FIATA HQ 2019. Accommodation, travel and personal expenses are not included.
